Her shaded eyes Close the feelings Deep inside Seated there Watched by stares Pretends she doesn’t care Taunts and words Ever present Swirl around her ears Newborn day Bright and gay Shining eyes Hand in hand Walks the land Smiles with me by her side Ruby lips Tender kiss Nothing more amiss
