I find myself discouraged with the world, whether the politics and war in Ukraine, or the politics here at home where I appear to be living in Ray Bradbury’s fahrenheit 451 with the conservatives defining reality by objecting to that which they don’t like. Even going so far as to impose a life sentence in one state for providing transgender care to a minor.

Let us too not forget that racial friction can’t be in existence if we don’t acknowledge it and certainly gay and lesbian people can’t possibly exist without books in libraries

Somehow, it’s ok for Christian Scientists to risk the life of their children based on a religious belief but it isn’t ok to believe in medicine’s ability to help LGBT kids find self acceptance.

These are the same people who will argue for the right to impose conversion therapy on their children and loved ones. a proven form of torture that does not “ungay” or “untrans” people.

Make your voices be heard in you live in a state like Texas, Alabama, Tennessee and far too many others.

And tell people who will listen that children don’t become gay through exposure to gay stories or propaganda.
